Each year, we have multiple athletes actively seeking the right collegiate opportunity and working hard to earn their place at the next level.

If you’re looking to fill a position or are interested in learning more about a specific athlete, our Director, Rudy Washington, would be happy to assist. Rudy is hands-on with every athlete in our program. She is not only the Founder of NecTr Athletics but also the visionary behind our Recruitment Retreat, a powerful initiative designed to educate and expose serious athletes to real collegiate recruiting experiences.

Rudy travels with her athletes, connects them to collegiate coaches and programs across the country, and ensures they are both seen and supported. She walks alongside each family, mentoring them through the often overwhelming recruiting process. Her ability to evaluate talent and guide players with transparency, honesty, and care has made her a trusted name in youth athletics.
