UNIFORMS / FEES

Teams will be selected and announced following tryouts.

We are only offering Regional teams this 2025-2026 season.

PRACTICES

Most teams will practice two-three times per week.
Monday through Thursday practices are closed to the public.
Weekday practices will be held all season , times differ between age groups.
Athletes will participate in one strength and conditioning sessions on through the week.
Practices begin the first week of December.
Practice days and times will be set after teams are selected.

TOURNAMENTS & BANQUET

All teams will compete in six or more tournaments throughout the season.
If a team earns a bid to any Nationals, they will continue through early July.
If a team does not qualify, their season will conclude after the final tournament, which will be followed by an end-of-season banquet.
Banquet location will be announced early season — depending on team representation.

Tuition Obligation Policy

Enrollment in NecTr Athletics constitutes a seasonal financial commitment.

Tuition is not based on participation, playing time, attendance, or personal circumstances. Once an athlete accepts a roster spot, all seasonal tuition and fees remain due, regardless of:

• Voluntary withdrawal

• Scheduling conflicts

• Playing time concerns

• Family decisions

• Disciplinary or personal reasons

Our program expenses (tournaments, gym rentals, staffing, insurance, equipment, uniforms, and administrative costs) are secured in advance based on each athlete’s commitment. These costs cannot be refunded or reallocated if a player or parent chooses to leave the program.
