UNIFORMS / FEES
Teams will be selected and announced following tryouts.
We are only offering Regional teams this 2025-2026 season.
PRACTICES
- Most teams will practice three times per week.
- Monday through Thursday practices are closed to the public.
- Weekday practices will be held all season , times differ between age groups.
- Athletes will participate in strength and conditioning sessions on through the week.
- Practices begin the first week of December.
- Practice days and times will be set after teams are selected.
TOURNAMENTS & BANQUET
- The first tournament is typically in early January.
- All teams will compete in six or more tournaments throughout the season.
- Teams will attend three or more national qualifiers.
- Travel destinations may include:
Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Las Vegas, Washington, and other locations as needed. - If a team earns a bid to any Nationals, they will continue through early July.
- If a team does not qualify, their season will conclude after the final tournament, which will be followed by an end-of-season banquet.
- Banquet location will be decided mid-season — either Las Vegas (home base) or Alabama, depending on team representation.
