If I have a concern or question about my child's status within the team, I will follow the resolution process outlined below to gain understanding and address the situation: a. I will encourage my child to directly communicate their concern or question with their coach before or after practice. b. If the concern remains unresolved after discussing it with the coach, I will request a meeting with the head coach, along with my child, before or after practice. These discussions will not take place during practice times, on competition days, or without my child's presence.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding your child's progress or any other aspect of their involvement in the club, we encourage you to engage in open and respectful communication with the coaching staff. They are there to address your inquiries and provide the necessary guidance.

 I will cheer for the players, trust the coaching staff to guide the team, allow the referees to officiate the games, and let the players focus on playing. Together, let us foster an environment that supports our coaches in their efforts to help our players thrive. Your cooperation in letting our coaches do their jobs is instrumental in creating a positive and nurturing environment for all involved.

I will fulfill my financial obligations by paying the specified amounts on the designated dates outlined by the club. If payments are not made on time and I have not made alternative arrangements, I understand that my child's participation in practices and tournaments may be suspended until the payments are brought up to date and failure to comply will result in legal actions. The committed acknowledges that tuition is a contractual obligation and is not contingent upon continued participation, playing time, or personal choice to withdraw. Failure to fulfill payment terms may result in account collections.

Enrollment in NecTr Athletics constitutes a seasonal financial commitment.

Tuition is not based on participation, playing time, attendance, or personal circumstances. Once an athlete accepts a roster spot, all seasonal tuition and fees remain due, regardless of:

   •    Voluntary withdrawal

   •    Scheduling conflicts

   •    Playing time concerns

   •    Family decisions

   •    Disciplinary or personal reasons

Our program expenses (tournaments, gym rentals, staffing, insurance, equipment, uniforms, and administrative costs) are secured in advance based on each athlete’s commitment. These costs cannot be refunded or reallocated if a player or parent chooses to leave the program.

I will not approach players or coaches with anything other than support before, during, or immediately after games. If I have questions or concerns about players or coaches, I will address them in an appropriate setting conducive to problem-solving at least one day after the game. Failure to comply will result in your athlete sitting out.

I commit to providing positive support, care, and encouragement for all participants, coaches, fellow parents, and referees while supporting NecTr Athletics Youth Sports club. To uphold this commitment, I agree to the following:

I will promote good sportsmanship by treating opposing fans, coaches, participants, and referees with respect.

I will respect coaching decisions regarding playing time, position, and placement. I understand that coaching responsibilities should be left to the designated coaches and will refrain from providing coaching instructions to any player, including my own child.

I will be a positive role model and avoid displaying public anger or hostility.

I will respect the practice and game schedules by ensuring that my child arrives on time. If there is a delay or my child is unable to attend, I will promptly inform the coach.

By adhering to these commitments, I contribute to a positive and supportive environment for NecTr Athletics Youth Sports Club and its participants.
