Return and Refund Policy: No Refunds, Only Exchanges within 14 Days of Purchase (Unless Faulty item)

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item purchased from our online shop, you may do so within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the exchanged product. We will process the exchange promptly once the returned item is received and inspected.

No Refunds (Unless Faulty):

We do not offer refunds for items unless they are found to be faulty or defective in which we will ensure that you receive your products in topnotch condition ;inspecting thoroughly before sending off. If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. We may require you to provide supporting evidence, such as photographs or a detailed description of the issue. Once we verify the problem, we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

- Refunds will not be provided for items returned without prior authorization or after the 14-day period from the original purchase date.

- Shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange or refund are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty or defective.
